In case if Internet connection
is not available on your computer. You will need to register
your copy by filling the registration form on our website. You
can visit off-line activation page on our
website with any system having Internet Connection. e.g. Cyber cafe.
When filling the registration form on our website you'll also need following information of your installed copy:
- Serial Number.
- Installation Number.
- A Valid E-mail address.
Serial Number can be obtained from Quick Heal box. If you have purchased Quick Heal online using credit card then you will find the serial number in the e-mail confirming your order.
Installation Number is available in Offline Registration section of Quick Heal Registration Wizard, if you choose No to I have Internet access on this computer and click Next. Choose Offline registration through phone and click Next.
Once the Serial Number and Installation Number is verified you will have access on Personal Information page there you need to fill the relevant contact details. Once the registration details are submitted successfully you will get License.key via e-mail on your e-mail address. You'll also get an option to download your License.Key file on successful registration/activation. Take this License.key file to the computer where activation has to be done.
Now proceed with the following process to activate your copy:
Quick Heal Registration Wizard will be initiated automatically at every boot until the copy gets activated. Click Next to proceed with Registration Wizard. To manually launch Registration Wizard click Start and then point to Programs, Quick Heal Group, Quick Heal.
Click Next.
Choose No to I have Internet access on this computer.
Click Next
Click Next
Click Browse and open the License.Key file.
On completion you will get successful activation message. This message box will also display Activation Code for your copy. It is very important code, so please note it down on your User Guide or any other safe place for further reference. You will be asked for this activation code when communicating with Quick Heal Support or for re-activation.
